Dispatch & Delivery

  • Ready to Wear gowns are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • All orders are shipped via tracked and insured courier for peace of mind.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

  • A flat delivery charge of £50 applies to all orders over £100.

  • Orders under £100 will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery is available within the UK and internationally.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Collection from Store

You may choose to collect your order from our boutique at no extra charge.

  • Select “Store Collection” at checkout.

  • We will notify you by email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 24 hours).

Packaging

All gowns are carefully packaged in protective garment bags and boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Responsibility After Dispatch

  • Once a gown has been shipped or collected, responsibility for its care passes to the customer.

  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the shipping address provided.
