  • Our Ready to Wear gowns are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once a gown is sold, it cannot be restocked.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update prices without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

4. Ready to Wear – Final Sale Policy

  • Ready to Wear gowns are sold at up to 70% off original retail prices.

  • Each gown is never worn, inspected by our team, and sold in its current condition.

  • All Ready to Wear sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

  • Customers may book an appointment to try on gowns in person before purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

  • All gowns are shipped via tracked and insured courier services.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for alterations or modifications made to gowns after purchase.
